Raised in Minnesota, I spent my formative years immersed in outdoor activities and sports. From biking and playing soccer to later embracing rock climbing and mountain biking in Bozeman, Montana, an active lifestyle has always been integral to my identity. In 2019, my partner and I ventured to Central Oregon, where we found our current haven.

However, my passion for health wasn't solely forged in the outdoors. A few years ago, I found myself caught in the relentless grind of three jobs, logging 70-hour weeks. Sleep-deprived, exercise-starved, and relying on quick meals, I faced anxiety, fatigue, gut pain, and debilitating digestive issues. The toll of severe burnout and chronic stress became undeniable. Seeking a solution, I turned to my primary care physician who recommended a specialized diet, providing relief for some digestive issues but leaving other symptoms unchanged. It was evident that my entire lifestyle needed an overhaul.

I choose to embark on a three-month sabbatical through Peru and Ecuador. This journey allowed me to slow down, reflect on my values, and identify habits that needed transformation to regain control of my wellness. In South America, I delved into holistic approaches to healing, discovering habits that seamlessly aligned with my lifestyle.

Upon returning to the United States, I committed more time and attention to my holistic well-being, focusing on positive changes for longevity and a more balanced, healthy lifestyle.

Fast forward a few years, and I’ve completed extensive courses and now work as a Certified Master Health and Nutrition Coach.

As an athlete and outdoor enthusiast, I have a deep-rooted love for an active lifestyle. Beyond physical pursuits, I find joy in cooking, growing food, and fostering community connections. My commitment to whole health in my own life fuels my dedication to helping others navigate their wellness journey.
